Suda has more than 15 years’ experience as Senior Executive in Business Transformation with an emphasis on developing people and culture of the organisation at a grassroots level. He has successfully implemented Business Transformation Programs and changed the culture of the organisation to be more “Customer Centric” using methodologies such as, Human Centred Design, Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints (TOC) across multiple cultures and multiple industries (Government Sector, Not for Profit, Financial Services, Banking, Manufacturing and Mining) across the Australasia region.

He has sustainably transformed businesses and help eliminate waste, reduce cost, cycle time and inventory along with improving customer satisfaction, revenue, safety, quality, and overall staff productivity. His approach to Continuous Improvement at Bankwest resulted in receiving Shingo ‘Silver’ Accreditation for Operational Excellence and currently on path for Shingo ‘Gold’ Accreditation.

He has successfully designed and delivered Lean Six Sigma training to both workers on the factory floor as well as coached Managing Directors and Executive General Managers through to their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Suda is passionate about Strategy and Innovation, Business Transformation, Cultural Transformation, Developing People and Team, Training, Coaching and Mentoring.

Suda has taken this knowledge and integrated Lean with Human Centred Design and Agile Methodologies to Digital Transformation across Banking and Government Sector at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

When Suda is not passionately transforming organisations, he spends time with his family and pursues is other passion, cooking!
