Efficiency Works was engaged to assist with fundamental training in business improvement and change management. The client briefed us to address a stagnant culture which was stopping the company from meeting the demands of increased competition and decreasing funding.

A tight budget for this project resulted in EW delivering high impact training through its lean simulation product via a condensed workshop format. The objective was to teach the fundamentals of business improvement and change management. The simulated environment was suitable because it provided a non-threatening starting point for their improvement journey.
