Industry: not for profit

Service: learner - uncertified training – lean simulation

Results: save money, save time, reduce waste, improve service, increase morale, increase productivity, increase flexibility

the brief

Efficiency Works was engaged to assist with fundamental training in business improvement and change management. The client briefed us to address a stagnant culture which was stopping the company from meeting the demands of increased competition and decreasing funding.

the execution

A tight budget for this project resulted in EW delivering high impact training through its lean simulation product via a condensed workshop format.  The objective was to teach the fundamentals of business improvement and change management.  The simulated environment was suitable because it provided a non-threatening starting point for their improvement journey.

the results

Efficiency Works assisted with achieving:

  • companywide awareness of business improvement principles

  • awareness of change management techniques

  • an action plan to deliver quick wins

  • a desire in the business to start a change program

“there was not a thing that I did not like about the workshop…”
