Efficiency Works set up a mentoring program with key management of the business which included weekly support using web tools backed up with monthly face to face sessions. The emphasis in all sessions was on implementation.
By getting mentees working on real projects in the business and discussing and questioning the obstacles they faced the theory of improvement was quickly translated into real results.
