Glen has 10 years’ experience training in Competitive Systems and Practices and its predecessor (Competitive Manufacturing) with greater than 300 graduates in more than 20 organisations.
An effective trainer and facilitator with all levels of management & delivery personnel, servicing national businesses and SMEs across eastern Australian states. Experienced trainer and consultant in all business improvement disciplines including targeted training in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, business strategy, change management and problem-solving.
Has supplemented extensive industry experience with a long involvement with all levels of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Has been involved with Skills Councils (and their predecessors, ITABS), contributed to a range of training packages, developed resources for NSW Department of Education, and regularly delivers presentations to VET conferences, VET network meetings and professional development seminars across a wide variety of topics.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category and the VET sector, developing a range of innovative approaches to competency frameworks, on-the-job learning and assessment strategies and integrating work-based learning with workplace results and achievements. Glen has held senior positions in manufacturing, quality, human resources and learning & development.
