Efficiency Works was engaged to educate key players across the organisation in the principles of Lean Six Sigma.
Efficiency Works conducted a series of multi-day workshops across client sites in every state for selected staff. The program, using value stream mapping and structured problem solving, was designed to create maximum impact by engaging participants in workplace projects at every stage of the process.
