The client was experiencing a rapidly changing market place.  In order to improve competitiveness by reducing costs they briefed Efficiency Works to assist them to create widespread cultural change based on continuous improvement.

Efficiency Works was engaged to educate key players across the organisation in the principles of Lean Six Sigma.


the execution


Efficiency Works conducted a series of multi-day workshops across client sites in every state for selected staff.  The program, using value stream mapping and structured problem solving, was designed to create maximum impact by engaging participants in workplace projects at every stage of the process.  Improvements soon flowed through at an operational level, and the continuous improvement culture has continued to evolve.
