Brisbane City Council
Urban Amenities Branch of Brisbane City Council has conducted three rounds of the Certificate IV Lean - Competitive systems and practices MSS40312 with at least another one pending. Through this program we have successfully up skilled our senior and middle managers in a variety of business improvement skills. Since the inception of this program I have seen considerable improvements not only in the way managers think and respond to issues but also in real dollar and time savings for the business.
