Who is this 'Lean Certification' suitable for?

Certificate III in Competitive Manufacturing is primarily aimed at employees who act as the interface between members of their team and their supervisors and managers.  This 'Lean Certification' is also appropriate for operators who work under minimum supervision, particularly if they are expected to make independent decisions.

Lean Certification Training & Assessment Methodology

Structured around Lean Manufacturing concepts and performed in the workplace this competency based training focuses on learning through real projects that improve the bottom line.
 
The Certificate III requires competency in 8 units from those specified below.  At least 3 of these units must be from the 400 series.

Other units may be selected from another relevant endorsed training package at the AQF 2, 3 or 4 level.  The number of units selected from other packages can be no more than 4.  Units should be relevant to the workplace and would usually be from the appropriate sector or business services training package.  The total of eight units must include at least three from the MSACM series 400 units.
